These terms of service govern the use of services provided by WEJAV based in Poznań. By using our services, you accept the provisions of these terms.

• Service Provider - WEJAV
• Client - natural or legal person using our services
• Services - programming, consulting, and software development services

3. Scope of Services

We provide services in the following areas:

• Design and development of web applications
• Mobile application development
• System and API integration
• Technology consulting
• AI/ML solution implementation

4. Terms of Cooperation

Detailed terms of cooperation, including scope of work, deadlines, and compensation, are determined individually and specified in separate agreements.

5. Copyright

Copyright to completed work transfers to the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

6. Liability

The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure the highest quality of services. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the value of the compensation for a given service.

7. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client in connection with the provision of services.
